Reese, one of the WNBA’s finest young players, is still only 22 and has many years remaining at the top level of women’s basketball.
Last year, the rookie averaged 13.6 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 1.9 assists and made the WNBA All-Star and All-Rookie team.
Reese also set numerous WNBA records, as she became the first player in WNBA history to record multiple games of ten or more offensive rebounds and ten or more defensive rebounds.
It’s no surprise that Reese is putting in serious work as she looks to keep improving in her sophomore season.
The Chicago Sky forward re-shared an Instagram video of her working out as she continues her off-season preparations.
Reese can be seen working out in a pair of Reeboks shoes, a blue pair of shorts and a white t-shirt.
Sweat can be seen dripping off her as performed bench squats with dumbbells.
In demonstrating her satisfaction with her phsyical improvement, Reese captioned the post, “you see the abs okayyyy.”
Reese sharing footage of her workouts and training regime is nothing new for her fans.
It was only a recently that the former LSU star trained with WNBA legend Lisa Leslie. Thee pair worked on layups at the Unrivaled facility in Miami.

The duo were working together after the two-time WNBA champion promised Reese she was “going to fix her layups.”
Layups are an aspect of Reese’s game that has come under intense scrutiny in recent times.
Reese made only 42 percent (136 of 321) of her layup attempts last season, and has previously referred to her shooting percentage on social media as “the worst you’ll ever see me.”
“The biggest advice I have for you is gonna be how you shoot your layups, period,” Leslie told Reese on Unapologetically Angel back in Feburary.
“We’re gonna fix that. That’s fixable for you.”
“Just the idea that you want to get better, like I love that.”
Reese’s recent offseason regime comes after several exciting months following the conclusion of the 2024 WNBA season.
The biggest part of her offseason was competing in Unrivaled, a new, three-on-three pro basketball league that took place between January and March this year.
Reese won the Defensive Player of the Year title while her Rose Basketball Club won the inaugural Unrivaled championship.
Reese led the league in rebounds per game with 12.2 and led the Rose in blocked shots.
In total she recorded eight double-doubles, including a 22-point, 21-rebound game, which was the first 20-20 game in Unrivaled history.
