Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, is reported to be in county jail after getting arrested for the offense of aggravated sexual battery this Wednesday.

The arrest stems from an alleged incident that took place at a Kansas restaurant in February. The TikTok star was accused of forcibly kissing the business owner in what appeared to be a back office in some damning video footage.

According to TMZ, Mahomes was booked around 7:45 AM, with his bond set at $100,000. Court records cited by the publication note that the 22-year-old has been charged with three counts of aggravated battery and a single count of misdemeanor battery.

The owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge reported the QB’s brother for forcing himself on her multiple times. Security footage did appear to show the youngster doing exactly that.

The 40-year-old woman claimed Jackson seemed to be drunk earlier on the night of the incident.

Police had been investigating the matter since March, but his attorney has sworn by his innocence.
